The Wang Lab's research focuses on addressing the increasing need for well-defined and multifunctional materials to probe and perturb complex biological systems and improve human health. We have active programs in biomolecular synthesis and engineering for bioinspired nanomaterials, molecular diagnostics, and therapeutic delivery. At CRN, we are interested in the development of new diagnostic platforms to inform infection and inflammation status for early detection and treatment response monitoring.
